What a digital employee does
A digital employee is not a chatbot. It reads a document or a one-line instruction, prepares the record, quote or report in your own accounting, CRM or spreadsheet software, and then stops. A named person on your team approves or rejects it. Only after approval is the action taken, and the system reads the result back from your software to confirm it really happened. Every step is written to an audit log with date, time and approver.
First jobs
- Supplier invoice to approved ledger entry (photo, PDF, e-mail or WhatsApp in; verified record out).
- One-line instruction to approved sales quote (customer, balance, last quote and stock checked; PDF prepared).
- End-of-day report from all departments, collected, approved and sent.
- Pre-screening of job applications against your own criteria.
Every setup starts with one job, one document type or one report, and one approver. Timing depends on system access, IT approval and data quality, and is set in the written proposal; further jobs are added on top of it.
How a job moves
- Work arrives: a document, a message or an instruction.
- The system reads it and prepares a draft. Nothing is saved or sent yet.
- A named approver sees the draft and approves or rejects it.
- The approved action is carried out and read back from your software to verify it.
- Each step goes to the audit log.
If two customer names look alike, it asks instead of guessing. If stock is short, it stops and says which item and how many. If you reject, nothing is sent. A second tap on the same approval does not send twice.
Where your data stays
Records stay in your own software; we keep no separate customer data store. The system runs blind: amounts, account names and document contents do not go to the model, which sees only identifiers, yes/no answers and counts. Document reading happens in your environment. Your data is not used to train models. In a live setup the application, database, records and backups sit on infrastructure hosted in Türkiye.
Who it is for
Companies in Türkiye with roughly 10 to 250 people, where the owner or general manager decides with one signature and a bookkeeper or operations person already handles the repetitive work. First jobs are prepared for manufacturing, wholesale and import, logistics, e-commerce, construction and services.
Cost and start
The first call and discovery are free. Setup and monthly fees are stated in a written proposal at the end of discovery; there is no list price because every setup starts from one job and is sized to it. You are not obliged to accept the proposal. If you stop, records stay in your software and the work can continue by hand.
